SYSTEM AND PROCEDURE
The procedure and system developed for matching the clients' needs and
arrive at a clotch match enabling us to do an effective screening.
Specific approval is taken from each and every candidate.
Our selection procedure takes pride in matching not only the person’s
capabilities to the job requirements but also the personality of the
candidate to the cultural ethos of the company. A candidate is
thoroughly interviewed first and only if he meets the standards that
have been setup in his name entered into our data bank. The latest
technology in communication helps us to contact the candidate quickly.
We have good and long term relationship with our clients, many have
whom have for over 5 years retained us for fulfilling their personnel
requirements.
SERVICE CHARGES
Our service charges within India, for Middle level up to Asst.Manager
it is 8.5% and from Manager onward it is 12.5% of annual net salary
excluding PF, annual benefit and retirement/terminal benefit but would
include HRA or value of company leased accommodation and all
allowances given in that form to reduce the income tax. In case of
Overseas Placements the charges will be 17.5% of the gross salary of
previous salary drawn by the candidate.
